  • Supports the Deputy Design Manager in checking and reviewing architectural, structural, MEPFS and civil shop drawings for quality assurance and control compliance.
  • Ensure that design intent, technical requirements, and artistic details are properly implemented on site.
  • Support the Deputy Design Manager in providing design clarifications and resolve design-related site issues (RFIs, NCRs, DRCs, etc)
  • Support the Deputy Design Manager in coordination with construction team, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
  • Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings and artistic presentations as needed for site or client reference.
  • Propose and evaluate artistic details such as finishes, color schemes and design enhancements.
  • Support the Deputy Design Manager in maintaining proper records of all shop drawing documents, revisions and approvals.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and visual documentation for management and client.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and project specifications
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards as mandates by the United Architects of the Philippines and PRC regulations.
  • Graduate of BS Architecture. With PRC license.
  • Minimum 7-10 year of experience in construction projects, with exposure in both technical and artistic architectural works.
  • Proficient in Autocad with exposure in architectural, structural, MEPFS, civil drawings an SketchUp with renderings.
  • Strong knowledge in architectural detailing, construction methods, and local/international building codes.
  • Experience in site-based Autocad drafting, preparing shop drawings and s-build drawings preferred.
  • With strong artistic sense, creativity and visualization skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities; and
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
