THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs on PeopleSoft & Oracle database administration.
  • Assist with administration & maintenance of PeopleSoft environments.
  • Support Oracle database administration tasks such as backup, recovery, & performance tuning under guidance.
  • Engage in test automation activities using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).
  • Learn & contribute to performance testing & monitoring of PeopleSoft applications.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on various IT projects & daily operational activities.
  • Document processes, procedures, & troubleshooting steps as part of learning journey.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in enterprise applications, database management & automation testing.
  • Basic understanding of databases, scripting, or software development is an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & a willingness to learn about new technologies.
  • Good communication skills & ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, & proactive in seeking knowledge & improvement
  • Willing to undertake formal & on-the-job training in the following areas:
  • PeopleSoft Environment Administration
  • Oracle Database Administration
  • PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) for test automation
  • Application performance testing & monitoring
