• Engage in incident, problem, transition/change management, ITSM/SLA adherence, and continuous service improvement.
• Documentation of procedures, configurations, and migration processes; provide technical support and guidance to team members.

Qualifications & Skills (Common)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3-8+ years of database administration experience with Microsoft SQL Server (various versions from 2005 to 2022).
• Strong problem-solving, performance tuning, and data recovery skills.
• Experience with SQL Server Always On/HADR; cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and on-prem to cloud migrations.
• Experience with data migration, backups, security, and capacity planning.
• Strong communication, ability to work in teams, and ability to manage competing priorities.
