Overview The Oracle and Concur Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Financial applications and Concur Invoice/Expense systems. This role provides daily support for end users, manages integrations, and ensures smooth financial workflows across the enterprise. The position partners with Finance, IT, and operations teams to deliver timely technical and functional support while ensuring system compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide daily support for Oracle ERP Suite, including user account management and troubleshooting. Maintain reporting tools such as SplashBI, API Wizard, and Web ADI. Create and manage user access, roles, and data reports. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues; coordinate with Oracle Support as needed. Oversee financial system upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise systems. Coordinate change management processes with Managed Services and IT. Review and streamline business processes; document improvements for efficiency. Support departmental meetings and contribute input for process enhancements. Concur Support Administer Concur Invoice and Expense, including account setup, role management, and permissions. Support integration between Concur and Oracle Financials or other financial systems. Provide end-user support for workflows, expense submissions, and reimbursement processes. Monitor and troubleshoot Concur system issues; coordinate with Concur Support when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years experience supporting Oracle/Concur systems in a financial environment. Experience using Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CE, FA). Experience using Concur Invoice and Expense systems. Knowledge in Oracle ERP administration, SQL, and API integrations. Familiarity with system reporting tools (e.g., SplashBI, API Wizard). Experience in Microsoft Access and Excel. Has experience in troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Analytical and detail-oriented; meets multiple deadlines. Works independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly, maintain a positive and friendly attitude, and acknowledge limits in knowledge.
