Supplier Management: Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to optimize quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging data analytics and procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations) to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials (e.g., oils, pigments, fragrances), packaging, and other components used in cosmetics.

Cost Analysis: Analyze costs to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards compliant with regulations (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation).

Market Research: Stay updated on trends in cosmetics (e.g., clean beauty, sustainable packaging) to align procurement with consumer demands.

Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock, coordinating with production teams.
