Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will support the procurement team in managing day-to-day purchasing activities, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of purchase orders. This role focuses on sourcing and acquiring general materials, covering both:

Manufacturing materials such as machinery, equipment, spare parts, consumables, and tools essential for production operations.

Non-manufacturing materials such as sales and marketing requirements, office supplies, services, and facility-related needs that support overall business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of both manufacturing and non-manufacturing general materials.
  • Source suppliers, gather quotations, and assist in contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement with operational and business requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and supplier records.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines, company standards, and cost management objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and documentation
  • Experience using ERP or purchasing systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Willing to be based either in Ortigas or Novaliches

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
