Strategic Executive Assistant
Location: PhilPlans Corporate Center, BGC – Taguig
Work Setup: 100% Onsite, Night Shift
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategic Executive Assistant with 6 to 8 years of experience, including proven involvement in strategic projects and executive-level support.
This role combines high-level executive assistance with hands-on coordination of strategic, cross-functional projects. You will work closely with senior leadership, especially the CEO, to manage priorities, track initiatives, and ensure alignment across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and senior leaders including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and internal communications.
- Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate and track high-priority strategic initiatives across departments.
- Develop project plans, define timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Conduct project meetings, document key action items, and follow up to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain dashboards and project trackers for leadership visibility.
Strategic Support
- Assist in the planning and rollout of company-wide programs, growth initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Perform research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with department heads to gather updates, ensure alignment, and drive accountability.
- Prepare executive summaries and board-level updates on project outcomes and KPIs.
- 6–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar dual-role position.
- Amenable to work 100% Onsite, Night Shift in BGC Taguig
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives and working on strategic, cross-functional projects.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and an ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Preferably with PMP certification or formal training in project management methodologies.
- Previous experience in a fast-growing IT or MSP environment is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization or business intelligence tools is advantageous.
