Job Description:

A Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads) and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Create and manage content for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
  • Manage marketing tools, platforms, and budgets effectively.
  • Assist in planning events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to recommend new strategies.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Ads) are a plus.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
