This is a self-employed professional position with the following, but not limited to, responsibilities.

A successful individual will undergo the Manager Hiring Program and receive a monthly performance bonus based on his or her experience, achievements, and sales track record. The bonus is in addition to his or her benefits and incentives.

  • May work from home and operate anywhere within the Philippine Territory with a rewarding life-work balance.
  • Responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the team.
  • Recruit and develop potential Financial Advisors.
  • Manage and mentor successful Financial Advisors.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet the key performance indicators specified by the company.
  • Serve the needs and requirements of clients of the team.
  • Attend training and seminars given by the company.

Requirements

  • A graduate of any course, preferably business management, marketing, finance, and the like.
  • With at least 2 years of management and sales experience.
  • Willing to learn and be trained.
  • With good communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven with a passion for success
  • Willing to be full-time upon appointment
