About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with 10+ years of overall professional experience and at least 4+ years leading complex technical programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional project delivery, aligning technical teams with business goals, and ensuring successful execution of programs from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical programs across engineering, product, and business teams
  • Create program roadmaps, define milestones, track progress, and ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and technical dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and communication workflows
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear status reports, documentation, and regular updates
  • Ensure alignment between engineering output, product vision, and organizational objectives
  • Promote Agile best practices and facilitate cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

  • 10+ years total professional experience in IT, software development, systems engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years hands-on experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Program Lead, or similar role
  • Strong background working with software engineering teams and technical stakeholders
  • Proven experience managing complex programs involving cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise systems
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC, and technical project planning
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
  • PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, telecom, cloud platforms, or large-scale enterprise systems
  • Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools
  • Background in software engineering or systems architecture is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php190, Php210,000.00 per month
