JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Head – Technology leads the design, implementation, and enhancement of Computer Science and EMC programs. Oversees faculty performance, ensures CHED compliance, fosters academic excellence, and builds strong industry partnerships to prepare students for successful tech careers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Entertainment Multimedia Computing, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven 5-10 years of experience in technology-related fields, preferably with teaching, curriculum design, or program management in higher education.
  • Strong knowledge of CHED regulations, CMOs, and higher education compliance requirements.
  • Skilled in leading and managing faculty teams, faculty development, academic planning, and program quality assurance.
  • Familiar with emerging technologies, edtech tools, and industry trends shaping curriculum relevance and employability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for cross-unit collaboration.
  • Experienced in building partnerships with industry, government, and professional organizations.
