We're a growing company with big dreams and even bigger energy. We move fast, think bold, and love having sharp, self-driven people on board. As our first Sales Executive, you won't just be selling—you'll be helping build something from the ground up (and trust us, that's way more exciting).
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Have a background in Marketing (or something close—we're flexible)
- Have some experience in sales or marketing (but if you're a fresh grad with the drive to learn, we're all ears)
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge in any of the following areas - logistics or sales or marketing - is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and can vibe well with the team
- Know how to handle clients like a pro—with patience, professionalism, and maybe even a smile
- Goal-oriented with the ability track and achieve monthly goal.
What You'll Be Up To:
- Get to know our services inside and out so you can confidently support and guide clients
- Assist in analyzing competitors' services and rates to gain market insights and help maintain competitiveness
- Prepare rate quotations with guidance of Principal and approval from the immediate manager
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients inquiries via phone or email
- Build strong relationships with existing clients while also reaching out to new ones through calls and occasional visits
- Track your weekly performance and help us hit our monthly sales goals
- Collaborate with different teams (like operations or logistics) to make sure everything runs smoothly for our clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
