Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Handling and Organization

  • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.
  • Help organize and label stock properly according to warehouse layout.
  • Ensure that items are stored in designated areas for easy retrieval.

2. Inventory Support

  • Assist in conducting weekly and monthly inventory checks.
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the Warehouse Custodian.
  • Help prepare and update inventory logs, records, and stock cards.

3. Issuance and Documentation

  • Help issue materials, chemicals, and PPE to technicians upon proper documentation.
  • Record release slips or request forms accurately and submit them to the custodian.
  • Track items issued during the day and assist in daily summaries.

4. Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety

  • Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom, equipment area, and surrounding space.
  • Follow proper waste disposal and cleaning protocols, especially for chemical spills.
  • Assist in ensuring safety measures are observed when handling chemicals and equipment.

5. Support for Special Tasks

  • Help in loading/unloading items during deliveries or pull-outs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Custodian or Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate.
  • Preferably with prior experience in warehouse or logistics work.
  • Able to lift, move, and carry materials and tools safely.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety and inventory procedures is an advantage.
  • Hardworking, honest, and dependable.
  • Willing to learn and follow instructions.
  • Willing to render overtime and assist during inventory days or special schedules.
