We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Warehouse Associate with experience in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to help manage inventory, improve workflows, and support day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proficient in ERP tools, and knowledgeable in warehouse procedures from order processing to reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize ERP software for inventory monitoring, order entry, and data maintenance.
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy through ERP/WMS systems.
  • Execute order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping with precision.
  • Update and manage inventory and shipment records; generate scheduled reports.
  • Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Provide ERP system support and basic training to warehouse staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain integrity of warehouse data and documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping procedures.
