Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Bank Insurance Account team. As a remote representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients inquiring about bank-related insurance products, providing exceptional service and support. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a fully virtual hiring and onboarding process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance products linked to bank accounts (e.g. life, auto, credit, mortgage protection).
  • Provide accurate information about policies, claims, benefits, and premium details.
  • Assist clients in completing application forms and verifying account information.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records using secure CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, banking, and insurance regulations.
  • Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities within the bounds of ethical selling practices.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other internal teams for issue resolution.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or insurance.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient with basic computer tools, CRM systems, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must have a quiet and secure workspace with a reliable internet connection.

Work from Home Setup Requirements:
  • Computer/laptop with updated OS and antivirus software.
  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps recommended).
  • Headset with noise-canceling microphone.
  • Webcam for virtual training and team meetings.
  • Backup power/internet preferred (not mandatory but ideal).
