As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests related to our retail accounts. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  • Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries effectively
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
