
Customer Service for Retail Account

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and requests related to our retail accounts. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing accurate information and effective solutions to customer questions and concerns
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address customer queries effectively
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities
