DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • SAP and SRS Generation and Monitoring of buyers account.
  • Printing of Buyers' Contract (Reservation Agreement Form, Contract to Sell, DOAS, DOU).
  • Handling and Printing of Computation/Product Proposal.
  • Assist Buyers and Brokers Inquiry and Sales Process.
  • Responsible in Producing reservation and sales thru constant follow-up of brokers and agents.
  • Facilitates request tripping, business letters and product proposal.
  • Assists Marketing Supervisor and Sales and Manager in executing PKS, Sales Saturations, Open House, Product Launching and other Sales and Marketing events/activities
  • Submit Weekly Reservation Report to Sales and Marketing Manager
  • Submit Weekly Update on Completion of Requirements per Client
  • Responsible in forwarding Clients' folder w/ complete requirements to Docs department
  • Responsible in notifying/making reminder or doing follow-ups thru mail/email/call/text to newly reserved clients' as well as clients' who may need to submit/Update requirements.
  • Responsible in SAP updating whenever there is Transfer of Ownership/Name or Cancellation of Accounts.
  • Update Inventory and Sales Map
  • Processing of Sellers' Commission and Incentive.
  • Monitoring and Request for office Supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: At least 3-5 years work experience within the Real

Estate/Property Development Industry.

Education: Graduate of any business related courses

Competencies / Skills: Basic Computer (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word); good communication skill and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
