Responsibilities
  1. To liquidate Marketing groups expenses (i.e. OBT Cash Advance and others);
  2. To track Marketing's budgets, expenses and control budget monitoring;
  3. Requests and manages cash transactions of the group (i.e., requests for payments, petty cash, reimbursement);
  4. Consolidation of reports under FDC Marketing System;
  5. Consolidate all weekly updates and submit to department head;
  6. Assist in Project Development and RES most specifically Project Development;
  7. To monitor daily fly ash silo level and send out daily truck allocation to Holcim;
  8. Update and keep track of the Fly Ash and Ash Pond Materials hauling and payment status;
  9. Consolidate all delivery notes for Fly Ash and Ash Pond Materials for Monthly Billing;
  10. Assists in handling customer concerns under direction of Marketing Officers and/or Marketing Heads;
  11. Supports customer engagement activities (i.e. Customer Night, CSR, Events)
  12. Providing general support to the teams undertakings;
  13. Coordinating with other Department for any departmental concerns
  14. To provide assistance to HR in creating programs for the employees that boosts the work-life balance;
  15. Performing other duties as maybe required by the direct head
