Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote hotel rooms, events, and facilities to potential clients and partners
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive bookings and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event organizers
  • Assist in creating promotional campaigns, social media content, and marketing materials
  • Conduct hotel presentations, site inspections, and client meetings
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare reports on sales results and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in hotel sales/marketing or hospitality is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused, goal-driven, and proactive
  • Knowledge in digital marketing and social media management is a plus
