Job Responsibilities: - Assist in daily accounting operations, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts. - Support payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable tasks. - Prepare and organize financial documents and reports. - Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. - Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and filing. - Assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Job Qualifications: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field. - Preferably with more than 2 years of work experience in the field of Accounting/Finance or Admin - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel or Powerpoint - Knowledgeable in using SAP Business One. - No previous history of theft - Willing to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision Work Conditions: Type: Full-time and On-site only Work Location: Tagdalit St. Brgy. Manresa, Quezon City Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00AM to 5:00PM & Saturdays, 8:00AM to 3:00PM Why Join Us?
