ISP Networking Engineering Lead - Facilities Management, SPX Express Shopee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Join or sign in to find your next job Join to apply for the ISP Networking Engineering Lead - Facilities Management, SPX Express role at Shopee Job Summary The ISP Networking Engineering Lead will oversee the ISP team, manage network performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate contract renewals with ISP providers. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and technical expertise in network management. Responsibilities Manage the Internet Service Provider team of SPX.

Assess the feasibility of current and planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses. Manage all costs and credits involving ISP to inform future budgets. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Build and renew master contracts with ISP providers. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely contract renewals.

Support relationships with contractors, building administrators, system administrators, and ISP providers. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. At least 4 years of experience in network administration, technical coordination, or IT.

Proven track record in project management and process improvement. High proficiency in MS Office and G Suite, especially Excel, Google Sheets, and Slides. Excellent critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Strong communication skills in English and Filipino. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel locally.
