Dealer Management Assistant Supervisor

  • Visits dealer head office and talks to the owner about their product concerns.
  • Updates on the latest product support for respective dealer assignments.
  • Updates sales and inventory of dealer thru monthly report twice a month.
  • Updates the head office regarding nationwide promotion and activities.
  • Collates the activity result and evaluates its effectiveness.
  • Checks the status of company vehicle and equipment for maintenance and report.
  • Checks the status of market strategies and competitor's promotion.
  • Collects monthly MC payment for the assigned dealer, and data of sales and inventory of every branch visit.
  • Conducts monthly P.O negotiation on the assigned dealer.
  • Visits assigned branch to check the implementation of the product support.
  • Closed coordination on the delivery status of each assigned dealers.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of related work experience in dealer management or handling key accounts.
  • Motorcycle enthusiast and preferably a rider.
  • Must have above average communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Knows how to drive car, with valid driver's license.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends and holidays if necessary.
  • Ready to be assigned and do fieldwork in different areas in Mindanao.

Notes:

  • You should not be connected from any motorcycle dealers or Yamaha Motors PH competitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
