About the role

Join Power Mac Center's retail leadership team We are looking for an Assistant Store Supervisor who will take on the role of Branch Head, overseeing daily operations and guiding the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Supervise daily store operations, including staff performance, inventory, and sales monitoring.
  • Oversee store opening and closing, cash handling, inventory control, and audit processes.
  • Review sales and inventory data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with management to implement sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Act as Branch Head, taking full responsibility for store leadership and performance.

  • What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably within the consumer electronics or tech industry

  • Strong leadership, people management and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise store performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and the wider store team
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of consumer electronics products.
