ACCOUNT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: Eastwood, Quezon City

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)

Work Setup: Onsite | Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Account Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our enterprise customers and internal departments—ensuring smooth communication, accurate account management, and excellent customer experience. You'll also support sales initiatives by coordinating appointments, maintaining records, and helping retain and win back customers.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Manage enterprise customer accounts via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
  • Resolve client concerns, answer inquiries, and provide updates related to freight forwarding needs (shipment tracking, customs, documentation, lost/damaged shipments).
  • Support customers with invoice disputes, claims, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate account records, perform data entry, and provide updates for sales executives.

Sales & Customer Support

  • Conduct outreach to schedule meetings and appointments for sales teams.
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
  • Retain customers and re-engage dissatisfied clients.
  • Keep organized notes and reports in CRM platforms (Freshdesk & Hubspot).
  • Prepare daily activity reports and flag unusual concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Education:
  • High School Graduate with 2+ years experience in an international BPO (1 year acceptable if focused on logistics), OR
  • College Graduate with 1+ year experience in an international BPO.
  • Background in Customer Service, Sales, or Customer Retention required.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with online tools, conferencing platforms, scheduling tools, and CRM systems.
  • Experience in Logistics Accounts is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage calendars and deadlines.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and willing to work onsite.
