Working Location: Makati, Philippines.
Job descriptions:
- Plan and organize the overall activities of the Service and Sales Department in line with its objective of keeping the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators.
- Actively sourcing for potential customers to achieve the company sale target.
- Plan and implement the sale strategy to achieve company sale target by monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Prepare contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without previous contracts.
- Prepare elevator monthly and annually maintenance fee adjustment.
- Prepare and submits correspondence and reports as required by the CEO/ GM.
- Monitor the financial status of the department.
- Review and check any special service proposal made by Sales Service Engineer / Sales consultant.
- Review and approve all the proposal made by the Sales Executive before sending to Clients.
- Attend to meetings as needed by the client.
- Forecast and monitor the manpower requirement of his department.
- Train and develop his men to ensure effective performance of their jobs and for personal growth.
- Ad-Hoc Activities that assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business related, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Fluent in Filipino, English.
- Good in Mandarin speaking is a PLUS.
- At least 5 years of working experience in elevator and escalator industry.
- Proven good records of sales & servicing of elevator and escalator.
- Good knowledge on Elevator and Escalator.
- At least 3 years of supervisory capacity.
- Hands-on customer service experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Capable to submit accurate reports that meet the deadlines.
