Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive
Senior Finance Associate (CPA)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accurate entry of all expenses and income, managing claims and reimbursements, and maintaining up-to-date books of accounts. Basic knowledge of BIR and local taxation is essential, and familiarity with XERO Accounting software would be a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately record all financial transactions, including expenses and income.
  • Manage and process all claims and reimbursements efficiently.
  • Ensure that the book of accounts is consistently updated and maintained.
  • Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in compliance with BIR and local taxation regulations.
  • Utilize XERO Accounting software for financial management and reporting.

Qualifications

  • CPA qualification preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of BIR and local taxation.
  • Familiarity with XERO Accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
