Job Description:

  • Support marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
  • Create and manage content for social media, email, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales to generate leads and follow up on prospects.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Maintain CRM systems and update customer data.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare analytics reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors and partners for marketing activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and gather feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
