Makati City | Full-time | Onsite (Monday–Friday)

About the Role

Radix HR is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to support construction and fit-out projects. This role ensures that walls, ceilings, and surfaces are finished with precision, durability, and aesthetic quality.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealants.
  • Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, or other finishes according to project requirements.
  • Execute painting jobs with accuracy, neatness, and attention to detail.
  • Work with project supervisors and installers to complete finishing tasks on schedule.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow site safety protocols and company standards.

What We're Looking For

  • At least a High School or Vocational/Technical course graduate.
  • 1–2 years of painting or finishing experience in construction or fit-out projects.
  • Skilled in surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
  • Knowledge of different paint types, coatings, and finishing tools.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a construction site environment.
  • Eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
