About the Role

As a Front of House Staff (Service Crew / Waitstaff), you'll be the welcoming face for every guest. You'll take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain a clean and inviting dining area, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This role is ideal for someone cheerful, attentive, and passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Assist with opening and closing the dining area.

Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School graduate; college level preferred.
  • Experience in restaurant or café service is an advantage but not required.
  • Cheerful, patient, and service-oriented personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate in basic English to assist guests and coordinate with team members.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for good food and great service.
