Mesa is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and uphold our commitment to exceptional service, quality food, and a welcoming guest experience. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the front-of-house (FOH) team, coordinate with the kitchen, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure smooth, profitable operations in line with Mesa's standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Supervise and support FOH staff, including hosts, servers, and bartenders.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations.
  • Maintain a strong floor presence to engage with guests and resolve issues in real-time.
  • Manage scheduling, labor costs, and payroll submissions.
  • Analyze sales, costs, and customer feedback to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
  • Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and promoting team morale.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, event planning, and promotions as needed.
