JOB POSITION: Warehouse Assistant (Manila)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • 1 - 2 Years of experience working in warehouse
  • Preferably experience in a construction-type business warehouse before
  • Good in English communication, both written and oral.
  • Physically fit and strong (able to move stock)
  • Computer Literate
  • Has a Driver's License

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Research potential vendors
  • Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Prepare project cost analyses
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
  • Ensures all products arrive in good condition
  • Prepare weekly reporting of tools and equipment inventory
  • Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
  • Maintains purchasing documents, files, and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Establish a credit line with suppliers
  • Undertakes all filing of Purchase Orders (P.O.)
  • Canvasses small purchases and follows up on pending P.O.
  • Responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
  • Counting and confirming inventory
  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
  • Marking and labelling stock
  • Able to carry 15-20 kg load
