  • Minimum of 2 years of previous warehouse experience as a Warehouse Supervisor preferably from the LPG/lubrication industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A. Supervise General Warehouse Activities

  • Verify items are in good condition according to delivery receipts
  • Inspect loading operations to make sure they follow warehouse and shipping specifications and to ensure proper use of warehouse space.
  • Reads delivery notices, orders, invoices, and other documents to manage priorities and ensure that the correct warehouse methods are used and records are accurately stored in the database.
  • Inventory Management—input, retrieve and analyze data; maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, and recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer; conduct regular inventory reconciliation to ensure adequate supplies to meet the company's operations goals; report to management on damaged goods and any discrepancies with inventory; assist in counting of physical inventory
  • Maintenance of equipment: maintain all work equipment in an efficient state/order and in good repair. The machinery maintenance log needs to be kept up to date, and maintenance operations need to be carried out safely. Regularly conduct/plan routine maintenance to prevent future problems and corrective maintenance when equipment goes wrong and needs to be fixed.

B. Supervise Warehouse Staff

  • Oversees and supervises warehouse employees to make sure all items are prepared and received on time while complying with company policy.
  • Maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, and enforce safety regulations.
  • Training and orientation of new staff.
  • Adhered to the company's Core Values: Integrity, service, teamwork, innovation, diversity, and safety.

WORK SCHEDULE : Monday – Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
