The Immigration Sr. Associate is mainly responsible for mastery on overall Immigration process (IELTS and Visa Screen Applications, USCIS and NVC processing). Assists in management of team's day-to-day operations and overall success of the existing programs (projects).

Required:


• Minimum Baccalaureate Degree of any course (preferably Management, Psychology, IT)

Desired:


• Preferably with documentation and analytical experience


• Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications


• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbal and written


• Ability to think critically, logically and in a decisive manner


• Ability to handle confidential information


• Possess strong organizational and analytical skills


• Interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work with a team for united goals


• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to multi-task and take on duties as assigned


• Personal traits: detail-oriented, results-driven, has initiative, people-oriented, creative, innovative, resourceful, assertive, hardworking, responsible, and mature


• With good interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well across different functions and teams (Recruitment, NDS, Deployment, Admin and US)
