We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our HR team

If you have a passion for turning data into insights and improving HR decision-making through analytics, this role is perfect for you.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Data Analyst or in a similar analytical HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR data management and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and HR databases.
  • Proficient in data visualization and report creation.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports on workforce metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, attendance, performance).
  • Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company and data privacy policies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to improve data-driven processes and systems.
