Position: Purchasing Assistant (With Free Shuttle Service)

Location: Technopark, Binan Laguna

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (7:00 am – 4:00 pm)

Work Set Up: Onsite

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree holder

With at least 1 year experience in Purchasing or planning is a plus

Willing to work onsite in Technopark, Laguna

Amenable to attend face to face interview (One Day Hiring Process)

Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and managing the business's purchasing strategy

Oversee and mentor purchasing employees and junior clerks to guarantee compliance with business procurement regulations.

Accurately and promptly review and manage purchase orders and requisitions

Assess the performance of suppliers and support the upkeep of vendor relationships.

Assist in finding ways to reduce costs and negotiating terms and prices with

vendors.

Conduct monthly inventory

Keep an eye on stock levels and work with warehouse employees.

Keep thorough purchase records and make sure procurement systems are updated on time.

Work together with internal divisions to address delays and inconsistencies.

Help with market research to find possible suppliers and substitutes.
