Qualification:
- College Level or Graduate of any Business Related course, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Purchasing experience of atleast 6 months or more.
- Knowledge in Purchase Ordering and Negotiation Skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Database.
- With great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Importation experience is an advantage.
Basic Function:
- Receives Purchase Requests from all End-users or sections
- Raw Materials ordering (such as Ingot, Component Parts, etc.)
- Canvass and request Quotations, negotiation to supplier and selection of best quotation (Quality, Cost, Delivery)
- Confirms & clarifies order if received based on P.O requirements (specification, amount, terms of payment, agreed delivery lead time)
- Monitors and follow-up and ensures P.O or pending P.O requirements is complied by the supplier
- Request and ensure shipping documents (if importation) and PEZA, BOC online system requirements (Brochure/HS Codes, LOI, Local receiving)
- Processing, payment and clearing of shipment to Government (such as PDEA, BOC, DOE and BIR)
- Request urgent canvassing, quotation and purchase order (sourcing-out supply to field supplier immediately)
- Assists the Warehouse Staff in receiving all purchased goods delivered by suppliers.
- Preparation of Purchasing reports (Daily and Monthly)
- Documents and implements Purchasing Work Instruction for ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
