Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Accounting, Finance.
  • Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Knowledge of accounting principles and accounting softwares, Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino.

Responsibilities

Check supplier invoices against approved orders, contracts, or other documents.

  • Do bookkeeping, account checks, and reports (like Cash Reconciliation, Cash Flow, and Account Payables), and manage billing and collections.
  • Prepare payments and letters for suppliers, employees, and government on time.
  • Keep records of assets and inventory, and help with regular counts.
  • Manage supplier approval and collect needed documents.
  • Submit monthly reports, including tax filings and expense details.
  • Help with preparing for the annual financial audit.
