Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Associate to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, including processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of reports and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and process accounting transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist in reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and assist in generating reports as required by the Finance team
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in general accounting or finance-related roles preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficient in QuickBooks.
