JOB DESCRIPTION

· Assist senior architect in creating building designs and detailed drawings (manual and CAD)

· Liaise with construction professionals regarding project feasibility

· Collaborate with co-architects, operations managers, engineers, surveyors, and draftsmen

· Ensure compliance with standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations

· Prepare reports, proposals, and detailed blueprints

· Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve issues during construction

· Conduct site visits to monitor project status

· Perform other relevant tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Licensed Architect (PRC)

· At least 2 years of relevant experience

· Willing to be re-assigned to other project sites (e.g., Bohol, Surigao, Manila) if necessary

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, or similar software

· Knowledgeable in construction details, products, rules, and quality standards

· Strong design imagination, detailing, and documentation skills

· Good communication and project management skills

· Keen attention to visual detail
