About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team at St. Catherine Realty Corporation. As a Junior Architect, you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of innovative architectural projects in Angeles City, Pampanga. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting commercial and residential developments.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting senior architects in the conceptual design and planning of new building projects
  2. Preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software
  3. Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
  4. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify any issues
  5. Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building codes
  6. Contributing to the development of innovative design solutions that meet the client's requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in an architectural design or consultancy role
  3. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
  6. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
  7. Passion for design and a keen eye for detail
