About the Role:

We are looking for a licensed and experienced Junior Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing renderings and working drawings, and conducting site supervisions to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to take part in diverse projects while honing your professional skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and finalize architectural designs using AutoCAD or other design software.
  • Prepare renderings, layouts, and detailed working drawings for various projects.
  • Work closely with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and supervision to monitor progress and compliance with design plans.
  • Ensure all work adheres to building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Architect (must be PRC licensed or equivalent).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in architectural design and site supervision.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, Lumion).
  • Skilled in rendering and creating accurate working drawings.
  • Willing to travel for site supervision as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
