Looking for a Dispatch and Customer Relations Officer to be based in San Andres Bukid, Manila

Jumbo Siomai Manila (Wholesale Partner of Baomi Dumplings) are looking to expand our team that will pioneer the growth with the company and be here in the long run with us.

Details of Work:

  • 7AM to 7PM (with 1 hour flexible lunch break)
  • Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of forecast / reservations of orders for the day
  • Making sure that the orders of the Wholesale Clients will be delivered on time
  • Coordination with delivery riders for the pick up of orders
  • Track deliveries, fix delays, and keep strong ties with courier partners
  • Coordination with the Kitchen Crews of various branches for store restocks
  • Coordinate with Production Head for raw material restocks
  • Guide and support staff in packing and dispatch to ensure teamwork and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred).
  • At least a year of experience in logistics, fulfillment, retail, or e-commerce.
  • Ability to carry out required tasks in an accurate manner
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure during preparation of products
  • Possess willingness to assist other production staff and head
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Salary:

  • Php 20,000.00 a month

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
