We're looking for a hands-on ads pro who is both creative and data-driven. Someone who can turn ad spend into leads consistently. If you love testing ideas, tweaking campaigns, and making the numbers behave, you'll feel right at home with us.

The Role

  • Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Manage budgets, targeting, pixels/events, tracking, and reporting
  • Create and test ad copy and creative (with support from our team when needed)
  • Maintain consistent lead flow by improving funnels and audience targeting
  • Light social media management: content scheduling, repurposing ad assets, and keeping pages active
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery
