Position: Senior Facebook Ads Specialist

Work Setup: Onsite – Cebu City, Philippines

Schedule: Night shift / US hours

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Senior Facebook Ads Specialist to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, create, and manage high-performing Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad copy and visual development.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and Facebook Ads best practices.
  • Generate detailed reports and present performance insights.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience managing Facebook Ads (preferably for international clients).

Proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization.

Strong analytical skills and experience using Meta Ads Manager.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Willing to work onsite in Cebu City (non-negotiable).
