Position Title: Member Development Associate

Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x onsite)

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PHT

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 PHP

Responsibilities as a Member Development Associate:

• Research and identify qualified new leads for the Portfolio of Councils Assigned.

• Manage campaigns and ad-hoc sequences for assigned Councils using Outreach.

• Send emails, follow-ups, and make phone calls to schedule appointments with eligible prospects for the Member Development Executive Team (MDE) including confirming and rescheduling appointments.

• Ensure that the sales contacts are professional, effective, and appropriate for facilitating the company's involvement with the client.

• Develop market analysis for potential new product launches.

• Manages customer relationship database ensuring lists are clean and usable for the team.

• Support current MDE with projects as needed.

• Ensures appropriate action and follow-up of day-to-day business matters.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications as a Member Development Associate:

• A College degree is a must.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with Senior Executives.

• Solid Lead Generation experience is required.

• End-to-end B2B Sales experience is an advantage.

• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Strategies is a plus.

• Organized and detail-oriented work style, with the ability to multi-task.

• A goal-oriented work ethic – committed to achieving organization goals, and performance objectives, individually and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus).
