Develop the overall product strategy:Initiate & evaluate proposed ideas, determining their potential as

New Offer or New Capability/Product. Prepare, review, and assess the Weekly Governance Meeting (WGM) template for revisions; classify ideas as park, store, or kill.

Prepare Market Research Briefs for proposed offers/concepts and insights. Review Research Reports and assess offer pricing to classify ideas accordingly.Recommend proposed pricing by aligning with consumer insights, reviewing floor price, costs, and margin requirements, considering the impact on product profitability. Create a product roadmap for review and approval, including new innovations, bundles, and promotions.

Manage the delivery of the product roadmap, achieving targets related to revenue, ARPU, product margins, and business case objectives. Evaluate product performance against previous roadmaps, industry trends, and consumer insights. Prepare and secure approval for Business

Cases. Prioritize product concepts in the portfolio, evaluate business cases for new capabilities/products, and perform monthly performance analyses. Develop action plans to address gaps, including projects, pricing strategies, and new services.

Mandates:Lead the success of the Broadband portfolio by developing strategies to increase GSR and optimize revenue drivers. Understand brand performance among Acquisition & Existing segments to drive portfolio, ecosystem, cross-sell, and channel strategies. Define positioning and develop end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the entire portfolio.

Provide strategic insights to Acquisition/Existing teams aligned with customer demands and market trends to develop new business opportunities and innovations. Act as guardian of P&L and portfolio/offers KPIs: GSR, ARPU, Reload Rate, Revenue Market Share. Interfaces with: MSH (Portman, CDA), Prodman, FBA, Mobile/SG/EGGlobe is committed to equal opportunity employment.
