Billing Officer

The Billing Officer is responsible for managing the billing process of the organization by preparing accurate invoices, maintaining patient accounts, and ensuring timely collection of payments.
Qualifications:
- A Graduate of BS in Financial Management, Accounting technology or related
- Excellent attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of general accounting policies
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate invoices based on sales
- Maintain up-to-date customer billing records in the accounting system
- Review billing data for completeness and accuracy
- Prepare and analyze billing reports, aging summaries, and account reconciliations
