Position Summary

The Website Coordinator will be responsible for posting and maintaining website content for the Firm to support our digital initiatives. The position is open to candidates who can be flexible to work Asia, Europe or Americas business hours. Our immediate need is for a Website Coordinator to cover late Asia and early Europe business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Post content to the website, ensuring deadlines and content requirements are met while adhering to best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues, lawyers, and stakeholders on website updates and requests.
  • Adhere to, maintain, and improve workflow processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in content posting and website updates.
  • Coordinate with lawyers and/or marketing personnel to ensure content is reviewed, approved, and up-to-date.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining routine manual and automated reports.
  • Implement SEO keywords and descriptions under supervision.
  • Help troubleshoot, follow up, and resolve help-desk tickets, escalating when needed.
  • Support management efforts and assist in driving the completion of projects.
  • Update policies and website procedures as directed.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficient in business English for live video calls, emails, chats, and communication with managers and team members.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic ability to assist in managing tasks, expectations, and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, online marketing, SEO, web design, UX (user experience), and UI (user interfaces).
  • Open to learning basic HTML/CSS.
  • Plus, but not required: a university degree in digital technologies; familiarity with Google tools (GA4, GTM, GSC, etc.).

Office location: White & Case Manila Global Operations Center

Report to: Manager, Web and Digital, Manila
