Role Summary

The Recruitment Manager will lead BPO hiring operations for a key client, managing a team of recruiters and driving large-scale hiring delivery. This role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy planning, and operational excellence in BPO recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end BPO recruitment delivery
  • Handle bulk and niche hiring for voice, non-voice, and support functions
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and TA executives
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Define recruitment strategies to meet SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics
  • Oversee sourcing channels, vendor management, and referral programs
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation requirements
  • Track hiring metrics, prepare MIS reports, and present recruitment dashboards to leadership
  • Drive process improvements and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in
    BPO / ITES recruitment
  • Proven leadership experience managing recruitment teams
  • Excellent stakeholder and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage
    high-volume, time-sensitive hiring
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

Preferred

  • Experience supporting large enterprise or global BPO clients
  • Exposure to multi-location hiring
  • Experience working with SLAs and ramp-up projects
