Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Recruitment & Admin Assistant to support our hiring operations in the Home Care industry.

This role is primarily focused on recruitment tasks, including candidate coordination and screening support, with minimal administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with applicants and internal team members in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
  • Assist with candidate screening, reference checks, and recruitment documentation
  • Communicate with applicants, clients, and internal staff via email and phone in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update recruitment records, trackers, and reports
  • Prepare and organize hiring-related documents and files
  • Provide light administrative support as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable using MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and online platforms
  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR support, or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
